Here are a few core tips to keep in mind as an example for runners; we will discuss some of these in greater detail later on:

  1. Rotate through a few different pairs of shoes to save your feet a little strain.
  2. Rotate through 3 or 4 different strength workouts of varied intensities.
  3. Run on different surfaces, especially surfaces of varying hardness.
  4. Train in a variety of events or activities so that you aren’t overtraining the same
